A Little about me!

HEY THERE!

I'm Bethan or Beth to my friends..

I'm a country girl, born and raised in the beautiful Forest of Dean, with a huge love for animals, photography and everything countryside.

I'm the face behind E&B Media, a little business I started back in 2023, which has grown into something I never imagined. What started as a passion for taking photographs has taken me all over the country, from muddy motocross tracks to agricultural shows, countryside events and capturing special memories for families.

But there's a little more to me than just being the girl behind the camera.

I have learning disabilities, and I've also undergone two open heart surgeries. Life hasn't always been easy, and there have been times when I've had to work twice as hard to achieve things that might come naturally to others.

Having learning disabilities doesn't mean I'm incapable. It just means I sometimes learn, understand and do things a little differently. I've had to overcome challenges, build my confidence and prove to myself that I'm capable of achieving the things I dream about.

My heart has quite literally been through a lot, but it's never stopped me from putting everything I've got into the things I love.

When I'm not behind the camera, you'll usually find me spending time with my partner Ryan, my Springer Spaniel Elvis or my horse Thea. I'm also incredibly proud to come from generations of Forest of Dean commoners. The countryside isn't just somewhere I live, it's part of who I am.

Alongside photography, I'm a qualified Level 2 dog groomer, currently working towards my Level 3 qualification and slowly building another dream of my own.

E&B Media isn't just a business to me. It's something I've built through determination, hard work, tears, laughter and a lot of learning along the way.

I'm not a big company with a team of photographers. I'm just Beth, a 27-year-old girl from the Forest of Dean who has been through two open-heart surgeries, lives with learning disabilities and refuses to let either define what she can achieve.

I make mistakes, I have difficult days and I'm still learning every single day. But I'm proud of how far I've come, even if I don't always give myself enough credit.

If there's one thing I'd love people to take away from my story, it's that having a disability doesn't mean you can't chase your dreams. You might just take a different road to get there.

To everyone who has booked me, supported me, encouraged me or simply believed in me, thank you. You've helped turn a little passion into something I'm incredibly proud to call my own.

Meet Ryan or Ry

Behind E&B Media, there's someone who means the absolute world to me, and that's my partner, Ryan.

Ryan isn't just my other half, he's my best friend, my partner in crime and one of my biggest supporters. He's been there through the good days, the stressful days and the moments when I've doubted myself.

He puts up with my crazy ideas, the long journeys, early mornings and endless conversations about photography and motocross. But most importantly, he believes in me, even when I struggle to believe in myself.

I'm incredibly lucky to have him by my side, sharing the memories, laughter and adventures along the way.

I love him to pieces, and although E&B Media might have my name behind it, Ryan will always be a special part of my journey.
